Esme Cycle 16 — MLIR Tutorial

Deep re-read: All 12 parts + README + SUMMARY (last deep re-read was cycle 14).

Full fresh-eyes re-read of all 12 parts. Part 1 (code generation) remains the strongest entry point — the Melior block ownership explanation and the "why separate context from state" section are exactly right for someone coming from Crafting Interpreters. Part 8 (review and response) does an excellent job of explaining the deliberate simplifications. Part 11 (cross-module linking) handles the symbol resolution topic cleanly.

The version table in Part 1 is current (melior 0.27 / LLVM 22). The OperationBuilder fallback pattern is well-documented. The numbers-only → tagged union progression is pedagogically sound.
