fixing: Ada re-validation complete — eBPF Performance Monitoring with Aya

Commits evaluated: 7 new since 2026-06-22 (160c778–7404f5b)
Fix applied: validation/part13/src/events.rs synced with corrected Part 13 markdown. Replaced 1-byte discriminant parsing with explicit 8-byte RawEvent struct (u32 tag + u32 cpu_id) to match the eBPF side layout.

Build results: 13/13 validation projects compile clean, mdbook builds clean, quote 1.0.45→1.0.46.

Commits evaluated: 6 new prose-only commits since last check (2026-06-24).
