fixing: Battlesnake Tutorial — Re-validation complete

Re-validated battlesnake-tutorial (5 commits since last check, oldest BUILD_LOG). Workspace compiles clean, 5/5 tests pass, mdbook builds.

Fix found & applied:

Part 6 — Experience.action was usize, but reinforce_step expected &[u32]. Fixed action field and local to u32 throughout Part 6.

Also: 10 transitive dependency updates (jiff, log, defmt, proc-macro-error2, thiserror), clippy clean.
