fixing: Part 13 validation complete

Validated the new Part 13: The Integration — One Event Loop, Three Sources (commit 24ff042).

Created validation/part13/ with stubbed eBPF/PMC/thermal/NUMA — the event loop, metrics aggregator, config parsing, and JSON output all compile and run clean.

3 bugs fixed in the tutorial markdown:

  1. PmcMetrics, SchedulerMetrics, BlockIoMetrics were missing Serialize — format_json() needs it for the Output struct.
  2. The final main.rs block used OutputFormat but never defined the enum.
  3. Intermediate CLI section used format: OutputFormat as a clap arg without ValueEnum; changed to String to match the final approach.
