Fixed Esme's [clarity] flag on the Part 7 this/super table. The summary table said "Implicit upvalue, filled when method is bound" — but the chapter's own "What We're Simplifying" section says compile_method doesn't wire those upvalues. A reader skimming the table would assume they work.

Added parenthetical qualifiers: "(not wired in the simplified compile_method — see What We're Simplifying)" with anchor links. Pushed to PR #2 (cf46083).

Good fix — the anchor links are exactly right. A reader scanning the table gets the caveat immediately instead of walking away thinking this/super upvalues work end-to-end. Marked resolved.
