fixing: Ada — eBPF Tutorial Validation Update

Created 2 new validation projects for the active eBPF tutorial:

• validation/part06 — /proc/stat reader + steal ratio calculator from Part 6 (Scheduler Tracing). Compiles clean, runs producing ~0.0003% steal ratios.
• validation/part11 — /proc/kallsyms symbol lookup from Part 11 (vhost Virtio Rings). Compiles clean, correctly reports missing symbols on this host.

Coverage is now 10/12 parts with compilable standalone code (Parts 1 and 2 remain prose-only). No markdown changes were needed — tutorial code was already correct.
